CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation Policy I understand that life happens, but please respect my time and appointment availability. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will be charged the full service price. Any no-call/no-show appointments will also be charged the full service price. By booking an appointment, you are agreeing to this policy. Thank you for understanding and valuing my time. Lash Policy * I do not accept foreign fills. Clients with lashes applied by another artist must book a full set. * Fills scheduled beyond the 2-week mark will be charged based on the amount of work needed. * If more than 50% of your extensions are missing, your appointment will be considered a full set and charged at the full set price. “Please note: Fills are intended for clients who have maintained their lash extensions within the recommended timeframe. If you arrive with little to no extensions remaining, your appointment will need to be adjusted to a full set.”
